The Klingon babe bit him on the cheek.
The geek accidently disintegrated her books rather than teleporting them.
She said "I'm sorry, I don't date humans."
Her Klingon boyfriend came around the corner.
The geek teleported her books, and the pair jet-packed off into the sunset.
