quote:Oh thanks. [/B][/QUOTE] Please don't take offense, Twinkle Toes. I'm just a worrier, and the world you're growing up in is far different than the one I experienced at your age. Each generation seems to lose a little more innocence than the one before, and pretty soon it will be gone altogether. Sorry to be such a downer-I'm having a rough weekend. IP: Logged |

I'm sorry, too. It's just that you happened to be the person (er, one of the few ) that I happened to lash out at because it seems like everyone's in some way against me - but I don't know...very confused, I am. Friends? *holds out right hand* ------------------ IP: Logged |

Er? lashing out at you? Who is lashing out at you, seems I recently read a post about admiring the way you carry yourself on the board... In fact that was the thread that ATE MY POST.... lol ------------------ IP: Logged |

quote: No one's against you hon. What you're doing is projecting your own insecurities onto us. This is one of the more painfully confusing symptoms of being 14 years old and female. We all went through it, we all hated it, and we try to repress those memories. Trust me, I've seen these boards flame up at people and that's not happening to you. We all like you here. Just don't take us too seriously and you'll be fine. Relax. 14 and 15 are rough ages. Just remember puberty only happens once (maybe there is a god after all ). IP: Logged |

man i love these boards more and more....ok first of all hahaahahahahahahahahahaah....secondly roflmao....third actual topic: i would hafta say eyes are a big thing for me....i like girls with glasses but thats not necesarry i like girls with deep eyes....as long as she has good sense of humor and isnt to airheaded i'll get along with her...i have not many hafta haves on looks....hair lenght i dont care color dont care eye color i prefer green or blue but really dosnt matter hight i prefer someone who isnt to much taller than me but once again dosnt matter....age matters somewhat tho...of course to young is bad thing but older than me tends to be negative for me too....and the only thing that i actually find a turn off in a girl is if she's A.obbsessed with her looks B.obeseity....i prefer if she isnt TOO thin i hate that but the oppisite is just as unatractive...i myself am 15lbs heavier than the average person my age/height and it drives me nuts cause i can't lose it...which i realize is a contradiction of A. but oh well...im just trying to get into shape...at least somewhat C.pamela anderson size breasts...if its natural its fine but artificial enhancements make me sick...im seeking a real girl if i wanted plastic it would be easy hehe.. A woman's face is the first thing I look at, I hope I'm not a huge bastard... Smart is 2nd, but most importantly, she has to play D&D! Star wars fans are a plus, but no D&D, and your chances drop with me. Although thats not to say I'm completly bias. I'm sure there are many other qualitys that I would LOVE in a woman... I just can't think of them. Oh yeah, and glasses are crazy sexy. PS: I'm 19 and single in Sacramento... (Shameless plug) ------------------ IP: Logged |

What do I look for in guys? I get weak in the knees when a guy with dark eyes raises one eyebrow and smiles halfway as he looks at me from across the room. I like dark eyes and dark hair on a pale guy. I like a good sense of humor, the drier the better. I like guys with big IQ's, and enough creativity to make the conversation interesting. I like a guy who, even though he has friends, has enough independence to rely on his own judgement to decide whether he likes a girl. I lose all respect when a guy picks or rejects a girl because of his friends approval, or lack thereof. Overall, I like a guy with a backbone. IP: Logged |

I guess the biggest turn on for me would be intelligence. I've dated a few women and the ones that seem to stand out above the rest have been ones who are sharp and eager to learn or continue learning. The Ditzes don't cut it for me, nothing there...can't talk about more than TV.Someone who knows their way around a computer is good, and someone with a working knowledge of Star Trek . IP: Logged |
