I am again doing inside sales via telephone for another milwaukeee-based non-profit arts-orginization (read: I telemarket for the Milwaukee Rep). Non-profit groups are exempt, but as a courtesy do keep a DNC and TOL list. Other than that, none of those questions would send me through a loop, been doing this too long. Yeah, I meant Bum, and thanks for the correction Roach. And yes, your just pointing out typos (mispellings) because your board. TT, Sanja knew that I left my last job and why... She didn't know how long, and knew I was looking. Go ahead and say what you will about telemarketers, but the sell rate for the Rep is about 10% of the people contacted. The symphonies was much higher, but that was then. If people didn't want us calling, they wouldn't buy so easliy... Granted you do get a couple people who try silly stuff like that spike, but after doing it a little while you figgure out how to handle them as well. IP: Logged

I took the iniative and decided to find the meaning of this oh so very elusive word "BumB". First I consulted my walking, talking dictionary, my english teacher. She didn't know. Then I went to the bookshelf in my room, pulled out the Oxford dictionary...nope, not there either. The closest I got was "bumbag-small pouch worn around waist"(ppl can't be worn around the waist so this is not it) Then I went to a local chatroom and told ppl I no longer was a bumb...everybody thought of me as>>> A LOSER NO MORE. so, I give up. sorry...
