Bah. Bah. bah. guess what? I got tendo - damn *^&*%^*& - itis. BAH. well, no more weights for a month, strictly self imposed. just cardio, and leg and ab exercises. that'll keep me happy. Plus my doctor says: strengthen forearms....what stronger than curling 45's for each forearm? *shrug? oh well, monkey hear, monkey do. so while i sit at home loosing muscle siz, definition and tone, but getting more and more ripped the whole world is going to be enjoying their life. god, i hate my body. Hey, at least your body (probably) isn't completely atrophied and deformed from sitting all day, every day, like mine. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I have no tone, no strength, and ummm no ripping here. Just a wimpy geek sitting in his room on a sunny spring day. Mostly because my bike was stolen and I can't afford a new one or else I would have hammered out 40 miles or so today. IP: Logged |

Well, my arm has begun healing and is almost back to 85-90%. My sincere advise to anyone who works out. if you bench a max of 200-225 pounds and you have one of those testosterone surges where you wanna compete with the juice monkey who benches 250-260 pounds, don't . Cause you will bench them and then the next day your arms, elbows and everything else will be shot. 60 pounds is a huge difference so don't do anything stupid. cause i'm regretting my actions right about now. At least you a) learned a lesson and b) saw a doctor about it. If I had as much sense as you I wouldn't have been limping home from karate last week. ------------------ IP: Logged |
