I love Sat. My favorite day. Get to sleep in (kinda I gotta get up by 8:00 for work), watch movies, and eat whenever I want to. Unlike the week days where I go to school all day and then have to do homework for hours when classes are done. Well that is my day. Maybe I will go do some laundry so i have clean socks in the morning. Yeah that sounds good. IP: Logged |

if only... Our ultra fussy landlord is visiting tomorrow to inspect the flat, so we've got to blitz tidy and clean the place (and we are talking toothbrush clean here). If I ever get to buy my own place I'll just leave it as a tip! (ok, I'd probably get a cleaner in when it gets to the stage where I can't see *any* carpet) IP: Logged |

Enjoy the free time while you are young. Today I got up at 7pm to get my daughter to a fencing meet. I spent the whole day there and finally got home at 7pm. It's easier to go to work. IP: Logged |

Oh well, it looks like the next few Saturdays aren't going to be too relaxing either. The Landlord's putting the rent up again (by about 5x inflation last year and 3x inflation this year) to a really stupid price and I'd prefer to live in a nice area and get ripped off rather than live in a grotty area like this and get ripped off. Trouble is finding a non-grotty area of London to live in. On the other hand, moving further out means having to face the railways and public transport system.  (As for driving in London, as we all know, forget it!). Good luck on the residence hunting. IP: Logged |
