I know a few people who are happy with their Apex DVD-SVCD-CD-CD/R-CD/RW player... -- Jack's Daewoo Goodness ------------------ IP: Logged |

Get one that allows you to change the region code and disable macrovision without too much difficulty. Ones that ignore the user operation lockout flag (the bit that disables fast forward so that you have to watch the FBI warning, movie production company logos and so forth) are also very nice. Oh, yeah! You have to get a multi-region player - just think of all those ...informative Dutch and German DVDs you'd never be able to watch. (If you can get them through customs). ------------------ IP: Logged |
