The difference is that 'chick' is the term used to refer to females, and 'chic' means fashionable. My username, therefore, refers to the increasing trendiness of geekhood in society.) First of all, I don't mind being called a 'chick', but I don't like being called a 'broad' because I spend a lot of time in the gym to make myself as narrow as possible. Currently, I hang out a lot in my own apartment. (It's awesome, when I want quiet, I don't have to tell anyone else to shut up. And I'm not forced to socialize when I want to be alone. I like that.) Living by myself, I get to enjoy the company of me, myself and I on a regular basis. I noticed that you live in Birmingham. I was born in Greensboro, Al., but I've lived in Texas since I was 4. I've gone back to visit relatives since then, but I've never had a geek-sighting in those parts. You must be a minority there. Alabama isn't exactly reknown for brainiacs. IP: Logged
