It seems to me, the Kitty on the second photo of the daily pics has four eyes.

Heh, yes, Nitrozac pointed them out to me. She thinks they are so NitroKitty can sleep and any predators will think her eyes are still open.

I need some of those.

And just what kind of predator, dare I ask, threatens to attack you in your sleep?

Probably a Nitrokitty, demanding food, clean litter or just a little attention... OR ELSE!

You oughtta know, when a cat's gotta go
That you owe her a spotless commode.
Why should I squat in the same soggy spot
On top of three week's worth of loads?

The *smart* kind. I know that if I were a predator, and I were given the choice between prey that slept where I could get to it and prey that was only available when it was awake (crap! now I have to run after it), possibly in herds (ow! mind those stampeding hooves. and would you strong ones mind getting out of the way so I can get to one of your weak, old, or young?), and certainly willing to defend itself once I closed for the kill (hey! watch where you stick that horn!), then I'd go after the sleeping prey any day of the week and twice on Sundays.
