I think he looks more EVIL than "hip" in that second picture, don't you agree, Mr. Bigglesworth? IP: Logged

(Side note: Ditto me on the "Flash done right" thread. I can waste so much time playing with today's comic!! ) Here are my two personal favorites that I made up. I thought about throwing in the Superman cape for a bit of flair, but I think that would've been too much. (Puts on The London Suede's "She's In Fashion" for mood music) First we see the Geek in his sharp new business suit, in which he effortlessly combines the stately tradition of black slacks and a tie (by Donna Karan, $348) with the funky freedom of a Gucci leather jacket ($803). Next, the Geek is stylishly slicked up for a night on the town. The clean lines of his Jean Paul Gaultier "Dr Evil"-style jacket ($215) are sure to catch every lady's eye. Tailored slacks and shoes by Versace.

The Geek tried to look stylish, but was thwarted when a full moon appeared... img]http://www.geocities.com/speedvector/weregeek.jpg[/img] -- IP: Logged

Doh! Now if I'd registered, I could just edited the thing. Terminal laziness has its disadvantages.

It took a bit for me to finish it, but here's my makeover for the geek... Hopefully I did a good enough job for it to be recognizable... IP: Logged

I never thought to edit the images myself, but now that I think of it, there are soooooo many more possibilities (sp?). Like this one... It's Super Dave Geek, after preforming one of his spectacular stunts! IP: Logged

ok, couple minor revisions in photopaint and I have my submision for the new geek ready... The beard just wasn't long enough, and what self respecting geek would wear a plain t-shirt? I mean come on... the geek has gotta be clothed from Copyleft. And even us geeks have a sense of color, so the blue shorts become grey since that matches with the green better, and red strip socks with navy shorts and black T? eeeewwww... grey and green to go with the other modifications. Oh and there's a pony tail in the back a bit longer than the beard. The trippy Julia background was just for fun, and 'cause as soon as he shows up for work in socks and sandles with a long beard his co-workers will start refering to him as their "source" and think he's trying to 'bud' in on Dude's turf. hmmm... that kinda looks like a self portrait....
