I found that the "Einstein" one fit quite comfortably on the back of a single 8.5x11 (standard US) sheet of paper. The doctor puzzle was far smaller, in terms of square inches of dead tree; someone with enough precision probably could have fit the matrix onto a 3x5 index card. IP: Logged

That worked fine for me. The doctor one, now that took like a whole piece of paper, but i kept getting distracted and doodling other stuff.
