For those of you who are in any doubt about your sexuality (or if you're just generally inquisitive) Channel 4 (UK) have a gayometer test to help you find an answer...

...it certainly changed my life.

Channel 4 Gayometer.

23% gay, or 77% straight (better)

hmmm... Gayer than Rednivek, but straighter than Snaggy...
Somehow, that feels right

I am 33% gay, which sounds pretty healthy to me.

It's pretty obvious which way each question scores though...

I didn't care for some of the options, either. The "Of course not" appeared to be a setup answer, to push some people to answer the other direction.

80% straight thank you very much...I think the questions on this test are leading, and a few that should have been not applicable.

yeah, like the hair question. I get laughed at alot and that doesn't make Me want to cut it. I don't cut it at regular intervals either. There should have been a third answer. Some of the other questions were just as poorly answered..........Z

Hmmm, 33%

You're open-minded between the sheets but rarely show your gay side when out on the streets.

Well I ranked a hefty 80% Hetero so I guess that is something. Lots of differant answers I could have given at differant times. I think I will ramble on longer though because I like to be the one with big blocks of text under my name even though usualy I go off subject and then come back to subject after I am through with my digresions. No one realy knows why this occurs but it does. Well that said I think that only being 20% gay is good considering I am a conservative republican that would subscribe to the NRA if I had the money for a rifle and the subscription.

Pffft. Who says you have to be straight to be a gun nut? Just look at these guys. Remember, boys and girls, "armed queers don't get bashed."

hmm I know what she was talking about

I'm 33%....If it was a more accurate test I think I'd probably score higher on it because all my friends say I'm the "sensitive" type... such an annoying term.....oh well

I think the premise of the test is slightly faulty; the separating feature of gay/lesbian, bi, straight would boil down to "How comfortable are you with your sexuality?"

Considering that throughout the majority of the US culture, sexual repression has lead to a state of sexual immaturity, it seems to me that the socialization skills in the US leave a lot to learn.

Is it just me, or are the women on this thread generally scoring higher on the Gayometer? Or maybe the guys that score highly aren't saying so... hmmm... one wonders... (Spungo wishes he had a beard right now so he could stroke it ponderously, in a crap attempt to look intellectual...)

Just what are you insinuating, spungo? I suppose the geek girls are not traditionally "feminine", so that would explain the higher scores, but geek guys are generally more "sensitive" so theirs should be high as well.

You know better than to mention stroking around me. Cold shower time....

I scored 33% gay, then went back and answered the opposite to all the questions that were "iffy" so to speak, and got 40 percent gay!!! I don't think so (not that there's anything wrong with that ) Definitely biased I would say.
