Where-oh-where can I get help on a malfunctioning HP scanner? I've tried to get it from HP who refers me to HP authorized service who are useless and don't return my calls. I'm sure it's a basic problem. Any guidance here?? Thanx.

Are we talking Scanner or it's sequels? Not sure how you might be able to reach Mr. Ironside but you can try,,hehe. kidding. But never had any problems with a HP, never had one in the first place, or it's products, have a 315 digicam. Happen to have a neat lil Canon thats super slim and petite.. Good luck.

The best way to get guidance here is to tell us what the problem with it is. We'll offer you whatever advice we can but, of course, there's no guarantee that we can help.

I have no complaints with my HP scanner, works fine on my Mac.
Bought a cheap USB one and have no problems with it.
I am the problem as I have knowledge what-so-ever of how to work imaging programs.
