Perhaps this should go in the confession formum, but I must say that I like the little (real little) kids' show called Tama and Friends that's on the WB at 6am on saturday morning (I think). I first discovered this show while watching TV and 'puting late on a friday "night" in December (well... look at the time for this post--and I'm on the East side). Now it watch every chance I have.

This show is about a a boy kitten-cat and his friend, which include some dogs. The episode plots can't be rightly called plots, the voice acting is bad, and the animation is lacking in detail... but the way the animals look when they run is soooo cuuute!

hey, sailor moon has some quality anime factors going on. granted, evangelion or outlaw star is probably one of my favorites.

I got the sailor star series on my computer, subbed. It is the last 30 or so episodes, and they are great. the *bad-guy-of-the-day* syndrome is a little repetitve thru-out the earlier series, but stars is kind of refreshing. haven't seen oh my goddess, but hear good things about it. I'll have to check it out.

hell yeah, eva rocks! end of eva is mind blowing. My sailor moon stars series is subtitled, but my tapes are all dubbed. I like both subbed and dubbed anime. some people are die hard one way or the other.

I hear you. But i have to say that i wouldn't have had the chance to see "Furi Kuri " in the states until someone fansubbed it and sent someone here a vhs copy, otherwise i hear it was only on laser disk somewhere in hongkong. But then again Gainax is realeasing there version of it on dvd here really soon..or so they say. While fan subbing is still kinda immature it might be a good way for people to get there voice out there if there interstied in voice acting. somethin to have on file , so to say.

Isn't there a difference between fansubbing and fandubbing? I thought dubbing was when you got rid of the Japanese voices and replaced them with American voice actors, while subbing is when you translate what the characters are saying into english, in the form of subtitles. Of course, I could be wrong, because I am an idiot. By the way, Nadesico kicks bootay! Haven't seen Eva yet, so won't any ignorant comments about it. Anyway . ..

bomberman- check out eva, it is worth it!
you know, I agree fansubbing is a good way to get actors/esses exposed, but I've heard some dubbing that should have never happened. saw a dragon ball z movie fandubbed, can't remember which one, and picolo's voice was almost unbarable!
