Hello from the Pizza Hut in beautiful Munising, MI!

I finally decided to take the road trip that I've always wanted to take since I bought my bus 10 years ago. To keep friends and family (and you guys!) updated, I created a blog about the trip. It's a shameless plug, but the url is: kris.is-a-geek.net.

I hope I'm entertaining. [Smile]

MMKK, If you are still near Fayette, cross US-2 and find Indian Springs State Park, Just to watch the trout in the Springs area. It is even worth a little backtrack.

Sorry, by the time I read this, it's WAY more than "a little backtrack." I'm typing from the McDonalds in Mio....

Mr. Kris,

I hope you have lots of fun, shore 'nuf.

I will say this for your good memories and get thee away from chain food and eat the local food. Just ask folks where they eat and you will find it. It takes a sense to know good adv ice but it is really worth it.

For Independance day I wents all the way to Austin Texas just for brisket!

Fun!

Have a great day!

Oh, I stayed away from chain food, the only reason I sought out McDonalds was for the wireless. Almost all of the food I ate on vacation was cooked via Coleman stove or campfire.
