It just did for me. Melbourne's a fairly seismically stable place, Earth tremors here are usually barely noticeable, this one shook the whole house, stuff fell off shelves, lights flickered, the druidhound got quite upset. [update] They're calling it a 5.2, that's big by aussie standards.
