Druidling V2.0f decided she wanted to know more about this 'programming' bizzo her dad spends so much time doing, so today we sat down in front of the PC and...

...she wrote her first Python program.

I think she's a natural, but I may be slightly biased. [hearts]

I hope she always finds programming interesting, as we have a dearth of female programmers in the world. The more, the merrier!

Oh, and if you want to encourage creativity, you should also teach her Perl! [Wink]

That's awesome, TFD! My own clublets have shown no interest at all in programming. They are perhaps more generally computer-proficient than some of their peers, but they don't care about what makes them go.
