Last week Nitro and I snuck off for a day of skiing/snow boarding at Whistler. It was nice to get away, if only for a day. Here's some pics...

It was snowing and cloudy up on 7th heaven, kinda scary skiing with the markers as your only guide, and cliffs around, but still nice. And lunch at 7,494 ft. in the Horstman Hut log cabin was fantastic.

 -

The view over to the Whistler ski runs and surrounding mountians from Blackcomb. (Blackcomb is the only mountain open at this time of year.)
 -

What 7th Heaven looked like last year, on a clear day... whoa.

Nope, I live about an hour north of Windsor and in the fall I will be at McMaster.

Yeah, I live in the lovely area where there is always smog of some sort. I hope to move out of the area before it gets really bad.
