Cisco Certified Network Associate

Pretty much means I know the basics of Cisco gear, and how to set up a network.

Hey Tut, long time no see. Well right now Im working at Cisco, so ya, Im making use of it, but other than that, unless IT hires me when I go back to school, or I go back to Cisco, ya its gonna be kinda pointless.

Thanks all

Good job, Luke! [Big Grin]

I took a CCNA class in high school, 4 semesters. Never took the test so I never got the certification.. such a lazy slacker I am. Now I'm in the middle of reading the CCNA Self-Study series so I can go and actually /get/ the cert. Though... there may be an easier way...

<whispers> psst: what are the answers?! [Razz]

I need to work on my alphabet soup.. But not sure I'll ever get my CCNA. Still was it hard? how much did you cram b4 the actual test? any suggestions to other geeks out there who may be striving for such a cert?

Well I was a slacker about getting it. I have to get it for my job with Cisco right now. Most of the other coops get it in like 3-4 months. Mine... 6.

All I did was just read the books, and mess on some routers a bit. Then again, I do up to level 2 OSI programming every day, so Ive got that stuff down.
