Its lunchtime here on the East US coast...

What did you have for lunch today? or... what are planning on having?

I had pork bulgolgi (spicy, thinly sliced, korean fried pork -- leftovers from dinner with the boy's grandparents) and mixed rice with green peas. mmmm yum.

I have baked chicken tenderloins, mashed potatoes and a mix of peas and carrots.

I forgot to bring dessert, though. [ohwell]

I was running late today, and forgot to bring leftovers from dinner last night. Bah humbug. I think I'll just have coffee & something today, but I was starting to look forward to some pretty tasty chicken...guess I'll make dinner out of that.

Still have not eaten lunch. I work 2nd shift, I eat lunch at 6 pm (breakfast at 11:30 am). And dinner is more of a snack at midnight.

I had a homemade fruit smoothie and a bagel with cream cheese. Yes, it was wretched to eat the cream cheese and my butt will be paying for it for-ev-ah, but it was nummie.

It's not that great, either. Also, last time I checked, it had more chemicals in it than Keith Richards. Plus, they don't promise not to use rBST milk.

But yeah, Neufchatel isn't too bad, and if I'm gonna burn the calories, it might as well be the real thing. :-)
