I'm sure at least boobookitty will appreciate these, but maybe others will too.

I had a fun night of baking the secret family recipe: "chocolate lava cake"

yes, they're very baby cakes. (which may be how I got the nickname "babycakes" but thats another story.)
someday I may get brave and try and make a big one. I have NO idea how I would go about that though, nor do I want to see the mess I make when I try to serve it. [Eek!]

Very Sweet, BA.

You are to be commended for your efforts on an old electric coil style range.

The Colonel will be spending time today teaching a lady friend how to bake her first loaves of bread -- from scratch.

She is beating the sheaves of wheat against rocks as I write this [Wink]

OK, King Arthur Bread Flour is what we'll use, but the threshing and milling does sound a bit romantic, doesn't it?

I really like King Arthur's products, if I can't threash it myself. I hope her bread lesson goes well. I am great with quick breads, but am yeast impaired myself.

Note, neither of the responses were from BA, who, from what I have seen here, can well take care of herself.

you'll have to forgive ze and dman, they're only watching out for their girl.

I mean, how could they not when they hear me complaining about your PMs, emails, and IMs that you've sent me unwanted. Not to mention your often highly inappropriate comments about me on the forum.

...

holler at your girl.
we roll deep.

so those cakes look good, huh?
they taste better. hot damn!

Soap operas rock only if Calculon stars in them.

very top secret! I've done google searches for similar recipes and every single one involves putting some sort of frozen solid ganache ball in the middle of the tin.
this is the ONLY one I've seen that requires only one batter.

I have enough batter to make two more little cakes. I might bake those off tonight. mmmmmm.

It might have been mind games if I'd said something along the lines of

/me uses a Jedi Mind Trick to make said harassers walk off the footpath into the path of an approaching vehicle
