When I saw this movie I thought about you guys [Wink]

Eagle vs. Shark is a movie about two socially awkward people who start a relationship. I think it spins off of Napoleon Dynamite a little bit. It's a silly movie that will get you saying "what the hell is wrong with that guy?!?!" Anybody else seen it?

I saw the trailer on apple.com/trailers. I have not yet seen the movie. I doubt it will even be released on DVD here.

We watched this CRAPPY movie last night. It was an "indy" romantic comedy starring the puffy lipped guy from Flight Of the Condores. Okay - so I think that TV series is HORRIBLE. So why would I rent this movie? I don't know. But it sure was bad. Seriously. Why do people enjoy such dead-pan humor? It's not funny. It just lays there flat on its butt expecting you to like it. Entitlement? Maybe young teens are the primary audience? Maybe they would get the sleepy eyed, messed up hair, droning voice, pathetic lives of these characters. I know I don't. ARGH!!!!!!

I'm not a teen, I'm 41. I've just always been a fan of indie and foreign films and yes dead-pan humor. My wife and I had plenty of laughs during it. I'd take a film like this one over an American Pie type movie any day!

Nitro and I saw this the other night... we liked it. It was very Napoleon Dynamite-ish, too much sometimes, but it did have some fun moments.
