It's actually a [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zuiikin'_English]spoof TV show[/url], but there is some value in that it does actually teach real phrases in a way that is amusing enough that they might just stick.
(how many of you remember some of the lyrics from 99 Luftballons, after all? Imagine that set to jazzercise)
