It's official: Paris Hilton has served more jail time at the hands of an overzealous judge, seen more of the inside of a jail cell, eaten more prison food than Lewis Libby ever will.

Paris Hilton Is Now A Martyr

Something seems a little fucked up down there in the USA. [crazy]

It's good to be king.

What's all the fuss about, it's only a member of the whitehouse inner-circle committing treason.
Now if he'd given GWB a blow-job, that would be a real scandal.

Umm... you all are aware that, despite what the linked article says, it was Richard Armitage who leaked Valerie Plame's identity and not Libby?

Libby lied to the grand jury and took steps to impede their investigation. Those are the felonies that he was convicted of (and should have served time for), but he wasn't the one who committed treason.

Perjuring himself to cover-up for the traitor counts as treason in my book.

If he'd done the same to protect a foreign spy, he'd be looking at 20 years in a federal prison. The only reason the 3-year penalty is 'too harsh' is because he was doing GWB's bidding.

Who gives a rat's tail about Richard Armitage? That Armitage crap is just a Rush Limbaugh red herring.

Damned lieing righties, anyway -- the whole bunch of them.

Let's face it, the White House is crawling with traitors. The sooner we try 'em and hang 'em all the better of we'll be as Americans, and as citizens of the world.

As for Paris Hilton. She can do "hard time" at the Colonel's house any time.

Of course Bush commuted Libby's sentence. The partisan nature of his administration means that looking after your own will always be more important than intellectual liberal ideas like the rule of law, (a notion he has had scant respect for in the past). Loyalty (and only to his own) is about the only virtue they practice. In that respect the organisation they resemble most is the Mafia.

Isn't he the guy that wants to get rid of almost every department in the country (e.g, dept of transportation, education, health, etc.)?

I love it Cap'n Vic. She's my kinda gal -- in a classy, yet oh-so-slutty kind of way.

I gotta love Calli's comments about Bush being more like some Mafia organization. "The Republican Crime Syndicate" I lllllove it!

Calli, are you starting to understand why the age of reason has been suspended here in the USA? There is no reasoning with this bunch; with righty, we gotta play "Whack-A-Mole".

It's a sad, but the general rule here is there no reasoning with reptiles. Just ask Eve and the end of the bargain she received when Dick Cheney slithered up and got her to bite into the apple.

Hey, and to all you under-rock dwelling righties lurking out thate -- how 'bout that big old tax cut you gave to the heiress slut, huh? What a choice, huh? Tax dollars for body armor, or tax cuts for Porno Queens. It's good to see righty values just a risin' to where I always thought they were: the gutter.
