Exams are over, I have 3 whole days off work , mother refuses to give me ROTK before Christmas, and there's nothing good on TV. Thus, I am on the Internet. (Really, what else would I be doing?) I have stumbled across this site, and now, with some trepidation enter this strange yet compelling domain that refers to itself as... Geek Culture.

Let me proffer my greetings to any who may read this post.

It looks like you're going to precipitate (groan) a whole new batch of puns.

And welcome to the forums. [Big Grin]

Cheers... and stay awhile!

No, we have been getting a flurry. And occasionally one of them isn't trying to sell us something [Wink]

North, but not super-North... if you get my drift... Sorry, I know that's bad. It's late and my brain is still a little mushy from exams. Plus I'm watching *embarrassed whisper* Sex and the City *ahem*, which lowers my IQ about 2 points every minute that it's on. Any minute now, this post will turn into complete gibberioasdhafskjdhfskd...........

To answer your question, Cap'n Vic, I'm from Alberta.

Welcome, Firestar. The current pun storm will be replaced by a low pressure zone. May you have many happy posts. And there is a cosmic bong somewhere around here, for use when needed.

Hey, don't look at me! Just because I'm the new girl, doesn't mean I'm the culprit. I don't even drink coffee. I didn't steal it! I don't steal things! I don't take things that aren't mine! I'm not a klepto! Dammit, I can't help it, it's not my fault! *ahem*

With the blizzard of puns, I assume there are some fans of Spider Robinson in this forum? If not, storm the bookstore and buy every Callahan book you can find!

Et, salut mon amis francais!
