Something interesting happened last night... Me and my gf were settling down to watch a movie. We barely had the time to get it started that the power went out. So, what is a geek and an entertainment junkie are to do in a power outage?

Well... Once we went past the obvious (I'll let you guess here...), cleaned up the garage, watered the lawn and came back from a walk, we still had time to spend and still no power. And something really nice happened. We sat down and started massaging each other's feet under the candle light. Then we went to bed.

Spending a night without technology isn't too bad after all.

I have some pictures of my Montreal trip. Once I get them on my web server I'll link them in here.

If you still don't succeed, change them.
If you still don't succeed, just change the game.

The movie was on DVD and they watched it on their laptop.
That's the obvious part.

Hmm... I almost thought of it and remembered that all of the remnants of Windows were removed from my laptop. I have still to make the Xine read DVDs. But that would have been a solution...
