Errrrr, complaints about Steve from the dell commercials here please, lol... I think he's been doing that commercial for too long now, Dell needs to cut him so more people will at least consider choosing Dell's from now on (even though I wouldn't want one...)

I keep picturing a high-speed mid-air collision between Steven and the Verizon can you hear me now guy...like they were both shot simulteneously from aligned cannons at a circus.

Honestly, the guy is just an actor in an extremely annoying commercial. I hope his gig lasts until he finishes college. Then I'll switch back from public television (pledge now, dude!).

Dell might, but they obviously don't realise it, and I think we should be pampering that ignorance not helping them! ;)

I duno I think most computer comercials are dumb. I mean there are Gateway, and others that are, to me, just as anoying. I think you are all just jellouse of my sucess. Don't pick on the guy that can't use a large vocabulary. I wasn't very smart and was public schooled so I think that "dude" means something other than a city boy ranch hand. Dude.. Dud... They mean the same thing right?

I've always half expected the Dell Dude to say something smarmy to Mrs. Cleaver.

Am I the only one to view this fellow the way the Beav saw Eddie Haskell?

He convinces Lumpy to get a Dell and it's trouble from there on out.

Eddie: Hello Mrs. Cleaver. My you look nice with that Dell in your hands.

June: Stuff it Eddie, there's a Mac under this Dell.

Would it be too much to ask to make Steven and the Verizon guy prime crew for the first manned expedition to Pluto--one way?

I have a few other candidates in mind for that expedition, too, including Dennis Rodman, Britney Spears, and John Ashcroft.

Similarly, I think it's OK if Lance Bass gets to fly up to the International Space Station, as long as the crew gets to shove him out the airlock once he gets there.

I think someone should beat the dell guy with a laptop (made by a different company, lol), or better yet: Public execution. By Guillotine. With a filed-down ATI Radeon 8500 and an AMD Athlon as the blade. MWAHAHAHA!

Only if the Verizon guy gets the same treatment:

"Can you hear me n[click!]"

Gives "cut off his service" a whole new meaning...not that there aren't enough possible meanings for that already...

So who would win in a death-match...
"Dell-Dude" Steven or the Verizon "Canyouhearmenow" Guy?

My dime is on Steven.

Hmmm, is there a trend here?

No. No. No. No. No.

Think about it. Four freaks and a young, lithe Britney. They'd create a race of annoying, dancing fascists, with weird hair.
