Figure Skating season has begun-Woo-hoo!!!!The athleticism, the grace, the thrills, the spills, the Russian mafia...To me, this is the only thing that makes winter bearable('cause you know it's cold here [Wink] )

spungo thinks this and my candle obsession are my only flaws-heh,heh-what you can hide in an LDR [Wink]

If they combined figure skating with wrestling, I might watch it. Oh wait, I forgot about Tonya Harding. [Big Grin]

I used to figure skate competitively. I was nothing special by a long shot, but it was fun for a bit. Then the subjectivity got to me. I still love to watch it though, for the same reasons you do snup.

Yeah... Tonya Harding. mmmmm. She's no geek, but the leg lifting makes up for it.

Ice skating is fun! (though I can't do anything more complicated than a simple spin).

I have no idea why it's called that, but my brother used to do it to me when I was a kid - he'd grab my forearm with both hands and twist the skin in opposite directions. This was my punishment for being stoopid... which he'd thoughtfully and religiously administer just about every day. (Me, bitter?) [Wink]
