Thanks greycat!

Of course that was just an experiment, to see if anyone who knew the correct spelling of "muzzled" actually reads our comic. [Razz]

And, as an aside, I thought I'd note that I voted "No, I wouldn't buy more." -- because the cost is not worth it to me for lower quality files. I don't like DRM at all, but that's not the part that stops me. These days, I can buy pretty alright CDs for $10 at Virgin, and that makes iTunes look sick by comparison.

I'll let my iTunes library numbers speak for themselves:

AIFF (from my CDs) - 7,562.
Protected AAC (iTMS) - 1,389

So obviously I do buy a few here and there, but most of the time I buy CDs. I'd buy a few more without DRM... not a huge difference though.

It's the quality that matters to me - I will only buy songs of marginal quality from iTMS. Techno, trance, or pop stuff that is overprocessed in the first place. Anything that actually matters is CD or vinyl.

(edit)
heh - on topic though, WTF is up with Gates' comments? That dude needs to run his interviews through a PR firm or something first. That was the funniest interview I've read in ages. Sounded like good ol' Larry Ellison.
