Apple already has a dating service. Okay.. Okay.. not Apple's, but it's the next best thing..

I think it's the IBM that should start a dating service. Dating is a serious business [Big Grin]

Oh, btw, M$ should stick to the mice and keyboard business. They make better hardware than software.

Actually, I'd think that Apple would skip the whole "dating service" thing and go straight to designing fembots.

(Perhaps in a joint venture with the Sony EDS project?)

Uhmm , I thought the fembots were evil??I would prefere a robot companion,(NOT a robot S.O.) that was not evil.

The fembots in Austin Powers were evil. "Fembots" in general need not be; I'm using the term in the generic sense to mean a female-gender-appearing android, or "gynoid."

True, you probably can't imagine Apple making one of those...but could you imagine them making the iPod, before it came out?

Perhaps Apple would also work with the RealDoll people on this. (warning! link not safe for work!)

EDIT: In line with today's JoT, there's nothing that would stop Apple from producing "m-'bots" as well...though I suspect the female versions would be more popular.

Fembots, by that name, first made their appearance in either The Six-Million Dollar Man or The Bionic Woman, I can't remember which. They were evil back then, too.

Of course, like every adolescent boy, I waaanted one! [Razz]
