Reminds me of a soap recipe. Make soap like the pilgrims. 1. Melt one pound of lard in the microwave. 2. Add lye and ashes 3. Pour into cupcake cups

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

I think this was the original recipe for the first turducken-like dish:

There was an old woman who swallowed a cow,
I don't know how she swallowed a cow!
She swallowed the cow to catch the goat,
She swallowed the goat to catch the dog,
She swallowed the dog to catch the cat,
She swallowed the cat to catch the bird,
She swallowed the bird to catch the spider,
That wriggled and jiggled and tickled inside her,
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly,
I don't know why she swallowed the fly,
Perhaps she'll die.

Worst. Celibate. Ever.

When in Philadelphia, be sure to check out the City Tavern... they serve historic food... but only the modern and palatable dishes... still, a good experience... even the wait people dress cool...
