If you watch 'The History Of NASA' backwards, it's about a space agency that has no manned spaceflight capability, then does low-orbit flights, then lands on the Moon.

just started watch waling dead this weekend. Just finished the first season.

it is ok but really doesn't live up to the hype.

ToO many flaws, too many charachters making unrealistic moves.

for examples:

If that doctor at the cdc doesn't know wether the thing is a virus , parasite, or bacterial infaection, then how can he test peoples blood for it.

B , there are tanks everywhere. I think Tanks would be pretty safe places to stay.

while the average american hoi
use isn't concrete and doesn't have shutters, there are such houses, these wouldbe great places to stay. Not in tents.

That crossbow is thier best weapon as it is a ranged attack and silent not to draw others. I would find a huntnig store and stock up on those and go all swiss mercenary on the undead. ( swiss mercs. were know not only for thier fashion sence ( see swiss gaurd) but also for thier effective use of crossbows.)

Add a sample of the victim's blood to his own blood and watch the reaction. Better yet, smear it on something and see if it coagulates. The undead are stumbling around with liquid, drippy blood so something is keeping it from coagulating the way it should after death.

Anyway, here's a post-apocalyptic love some from the Dollyrots. It was written for the 2012 end of the world, so it's a bit dated now that it's 2013, but you take what you can get when you're looking for post-apocalyptic love songs.

You mean I missed the apocalypse!

Did anything exciting happen?

There was a pretty good episode of Fringe that evening, so you missed that.

A few people finally stopped bragging about their doomsday preparations, too, but the rest of them kept insisting that the end would come soon and we'd all regret not being them. Nobody misses the ones who shut up.
