I'm a tad surprised having seen this morning that a very nebulous /something/ was to be said tomorrow. (And even then, nothing for sure.)

Perhaps they're trying to get people pumped up about it, and make sure they can justify their budget. [Razz] ("See...we're doing stuff! Yes, it'll be a good year before we can say anything for sure, but please keep us gainfully employed until then.")
