Having lived without a computer for 3 weeks, I know I can. And anyway, tomorrow I'm going over to my parent's (2 birthdays), and will probably not have finished my goddaugther's dress by then (I should be doing it right now - I will go right after this post, or will ?), so no computer for me. Ah, well, maybe for breakfeast... [Embarrassed]

I can do it, and have, but I don't particularly see the point of doing it tomorrow just for someone's experiment.

Edit: It kind of makes me think of a bunch of addicts quitting for a day just to prove that they can do it. [Wink]

I know I can and have*...but tomorrow, I'll likely be using it. The video is great, though. [Smile]

*Granted, I'm usually on vacation when that happens...though it's not like I got the shakes or anything. [Big Grin]

I usually pick a week in the summer when i don't have to be on the computer and just unplug it and see if i can make it through the week - you will be suprised how happy you are to see your computer again after a week.

This reminds me of when the Hurricane Charlie came through and we were without power for one day. That wasn't so bad but friends of mine were without power for two weeks after Wilma came through. Argh!

Been without a computer for seven months (and two days, 16 hours, 52 minutes and 24...25...26 seconds [Razz] )

Have to say, after the initial grieving period, one becomes disturbingly interested in doing things like Going Outdoors. [shake head]

I know. It's like a disease. [ohwell]

One cannot describe the relief and emphatic feeling something akin to returning to a long lost home...

*drools a little*

[Razz]

Pretty damn good. I'm most at home with typed words and invisible people. [Smile]
