Decades of cheap oil in the US was the result of price fixing -- it shouldn't have been half of every other country's price for gas. Politicians knew that when gas prices go up, approval ratings go down. Should gas be $1.09 per gallon? ... Is cheap oil is good for the environment?

Thank you, Taco - I had *no clue* what it was about. I still don't know what it means, but at least I know where the reference is from. It certainly didn't seem to match any logical ASCII pattern, nor alphabetical sequencing, and with the exception of 23, the others aren't primes, and mostly powers of 2, or the answer to life, the universe, and everything.

(And no, I CBA to Google it.)
