I did it, I finally did it! My CD is done!

I want to thank everyone who helped me on this (you know who you are!). I want to especially thank Steph who helped with (read: did for me) the album art!

Please check it out: http://www.heavenlypeace.net

And check out my online sample track: http://www.heavenlypeace.net/demos.html

And most importantly, tell your friends... put it on your blog.... help me spread the word.

I am privileged to say that I am apparently the world's first actual cash buyer of this masterpiece of family Xmas songstering...

OK so MMKK isn't gonna win any awards - but if it can get my 5yr old and 15 month old jumping and trying to join in (regardless of my views on Christianity and their inability to either sing or understand the words) then I think he has truly achieved his goal...

Simple songs, simply played - for simply singing along to... I even found myself humming along to some of them... (and believe me that is not only amazing but something you do not want to have to hear....)

Hey MMKK - Thanks from me for allowing me a way to introduce my children to Christmas tunes without having to embarass myself totally (even in front of a 5yr old who still believes her daddy can do everything... or perhaps that should be "especially" rather than "even")

And Danielle says "Hi" btw... [Smile]

Go on and buy it if you have kids, or nephews/nieces/kids next door - or just because like me ye cannae sing...

Hell - I am Scrooge incarnate... (Victor Meldrew for UK listeners) and if enjoyed it that has to say something...

(Is that a good testimonial...? Perhaps you should just scrub that bit Kris....? [Smile] )

In the words of the inhabitants of Craggy Isle "Ahhh - ya will, ya will, ya will, ya will, g'wan, g'wan, g'wan, g'wan, ya will, ya will, ya will, ya will!!!!"

[Smile]

Eeesss goood!

They might not all be straight up metal, but you should try these holiday tracks on for size, instead:
Alien Sex Fiend - Stuff The Turkey
The Fear - Fuck Christmas
Feederz - Aborted Jesus
MDC - Black Christmas
Porn Orchard - This Holday Season

If you have trouble finding 'em, I can email them off to you.

Trying to pull more people over to the not-so-dark side, eh Demos? [Smile] You know my email, so fire away...

EDIT: On the second thought, I think I'll stick with good old Dechristianize by Vital Remains - christmas music doesn't get any better than that [Smile]
