Suddenly I'm relieved we save our stinky stuff for the fume hood. Except for the day one of my fellow lab rats dropped a bottle of TEMED. Imagine the smell of rabbit piss. Now concentrate about 100 fold.

It was one bench over from mine. No wonder I started feeling kinda high.

Not at all. Neither do I tell her what to think. Or what to read, or who she can talk to.

Our workstations are located in the same room, and we're frequently browsing things together. We don't always read the same sites; she doesn't read this one, for instance. [Smile] But, if she finds something good or worthwhile, she'll tell me about it, and pass me the link. And I'll do the same. She also takes some of the interesting stuff she reads and posts it to EMinds, where I can read it later as I keep my eye on all the topics.

There's also a TV in the computer room, which is often tuned to one of the cable news stations (Fox News more often than CNN or MSNBC), or to the local news at 9:00 and 10:00. But it's also often tuned to one of the cable shopping channels, especially one on our cable system that specializes in jewelry and gemstones. And she usually has the remote. [Smile]

Satisfied? Oh, we're not part of the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy. At least, I don't recall having ever received any checks from the Sooper-Seekrit Bush-Cheney GOP Rush-Limbaugh-Dittohead Halliburton-WalMart Slush Fund. Pity; I could use the money. [Razz]

I knew it!

'Course I didn't. There is no such thing as a right-wing conspiracy. Never has been. Anyone who says there is is lying, or trying to sell you something. These are not the droids you're looking for. Move along. [Big Grin]

Well, I learned a thing or two about "shrill voices" with "no grip on reality whatsoever"... Honestly Erbo, this one is breathtaking even for you. You've elided seamlessly from 'simply Arab newspaper articles' to a site that routinely bandies about phrases such as 'Islamic Savages', 'Religion of Kidnapping and Murder' and 'Eurabia', via the observation that because it's 'filtered', it's 'useful'. I encourage everyone to follow your links and check it out, just in case people thought your detractors like Spungo and Calli might have been going over the top a little.

Do you actually believe this junk? [Eek!]

Defiant Bush and Blair insist Saddam had al-Qa'ida links

Maybe when Bush and Blair say links, they mean sausages? [ohwell]

Lol !

It's hard to know whether that site is actually an anti-arab hate-site, or a very dedicated spoof of redneck extremists.

I mean, just how seriously can you take a site that advertises
"I (heart) Halliburton" bumper stickers ?

On another front, apparently the source of all the "what will we do with Saddam" to-ing and fro-ing is that they're having real difficulty finding something to charge him with. Sure, his regime did lots of nasty things, but there's no paper trail proving he gave the orders.

The challenge is to come up with a prosecution arguement against Saddam that doesn't apply equally well to Bush and Blair and their responsibility for the torture in Abu Graib and other torture camps.

If you watch 'The History Of NASA' backwards, it's about a space agency that has no manned spaceflight capability, then does low-orbit flights, then lands on the Moon.

No, that's easy: he did more torture than we did, so he's evil and we're good.

I think it is FINE to call Bush a Nazi, because Rush Limbaugh calls EVERYONE a Nazi, and conservatives thinks that's just fine! I mean, a drug-deaf wacko can say it, why not US!!!!

And I hear Bush was told by his frat buddies that he has a secret swastika tattooed on his ass that can only be seen in a mirror under ultraviolet light. At least, that's what they TELL him. What they really tatooed there was an ARROW pointing to his ANUS that says:
"Insert Probe Here".

Only visible under UV light of course.

Laura has never had the guts to put the black light down there an check it out, so Bush still thinks it's a swastika. THIS STUFF IS ALL TRUE!!!!

And by the way, Bush is NOT a Nazi, he is a Corporate Socialist.
