For the first time in almost 10 years I am a one vehicle Man. After selling My 1966 Chevy 1/2 ton last year, I knew it was only a matter of time before the 1968 Plymouth Barracuda was going to be on the market. I didn't even have to advertise it. I just put a for sale sign on it and it sold in two weeks. That leaves Me with My 3/4 ton Ford van as My sole mode of transportation. I really didn't want to sell it but I needed to get caught up on bills and I wasn't sure if I'd have enough funds for camping this year. I'll have no problems with camping now and I'll be ahead on My bills for at least a year. I just hope the new owner takes good care of it like he says he will. He is a retiree that used to race Mopars in the past.

Sold a 'Cuda?!? And kept the van? Arrrgh.

I've had 2 '66 Cudas, they're in a good home now, with the only Mopar mechanic that I trust. Nothing like them, but hard to find parts for. I've upgraded to a newer vehicle now- a '79 Power Wagon Club Cab. [Smile]

I miss my Barracudas.

So sad. Parting with a great car can be like leaving a lover. Yet, sometimes you have to because you can't afford them.
