Hey,

This might be a cool thread if people are interested.

Rules:
  • Post a link to a page that will make people laugh.
  • It has to be to an individual page, not a site that contains funny pages. (Next page links are allowed)
  • NSFW content must be marked as such.
  • Video, Flash or sound content must be marked with its filetype.
  • Try and make it a link that not many people will have been to (so nothing from GC).

Feel free to ignore, but it'd be cool to have a thread full of one-click links to amusement.

If you have not already dugg it,

The IT Crowd is a british, geek themed sitcom.

You can watch the pilot from the link above or download here. Good watch for the weekend.

Just for the record,
NSFW = Depends
TYPE = Video (~60mb, wmv)

But New Zealand is part of Australia. (List of states in aussie constitution: New South Wales, New Zealand, Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria, Western Australia, and South Australia)
People think it's a separate country, but that's just because every time we send the aussie army over there to impose our authority, the maoris beat the crap out of them [Wink]

Perhaps this has been posted already, and it's not funny in the traditional sense, but i'll bet you'll be transfixed for at least 10 minutes. And you'll giggle. Like a schoolgirl.

Spidey - what gives?

I got him clean through both legs and centre torso, but he was still shooting back! [Eek!]

You have to shoot him in the head! (I was about to give the angle and power, but the distance changes, so it's not always the same.)

I hit other archer with three groin shots and won, so you don't necessarily have to hit him in the head to win.

When you do that, however, the blood spurting on the third shot is umm... very wrong.

Two more sites for time wasting/entertainment.

You probably know all about "The JCB Song" and how it became very successful because of its clever Flash animation web site. The man who made it also created an amusing and stylish series of Flash animations called "Low Morale" on the theme of office life. Check out the one he has made using Radiohead's "Creep" in particular.

As for games, Paul Neave's loving Flash recreation of Pac-Man though not a faithful copy, has all of the original's mind crushing addictiveness, and will waste far more of your time than you can properly spare. See also the rest of his inventive site, and in particular the links section to sites that inspire him.

I'd forgotten that flash movie existed! That's so awesome.

I remember back in grade 5, I walked up to my teacher and said, "You know why they call them women?" He said, "I don't know, why?" I said, "Because they're responsible for all the woes of men."

He actually spent about 15 minutes laughing. I thought I was so clever for coming up with that.
