We may need a roll call to see whom did not get raptured.

Is that today?
So hard to keep track of all the apocalypses¹ these days.
No risk of anyone in Casa Del Druid being among the chosen few.
My theory is that the crazy guy was right the first time, and both of the Good Christians were taken up long ago.
¹ - what is the correct plural of 'apocalypse'?

I don't care what the proper plural is, I want it to be 'apocalli'. When you have a situation where several different apocalli are predicted at once the condition would be known as 'apocalypsis'.

'apocalypse' follows the same pluralization rules as bullshit and propaganda.

Tomorrow, I sign a lease. The Rapture can hold off for that, right?

Well if you get up tomorrow I would guess that you are not among the chosen. I pretty much figure I will have to do chores in the morning.

And here I was hoping that the Rapture would help me get out of my lease.
Yet I am still here. Guess God is a Republican after all.

I'm still here. So were my new landlords. So the lease is signed and I'm moving i na couple weeks.
A couple weeks ago, my previous landlord decided to put his place on the market. He gave kreziserb and I until March 2012 to find a place. Since we're off the usual cycle in Boulder (August to August) we decided to start looking right away and...yeah. That happened so fast my head is still spinning. Our previous/current/whatever landlord is a bit stunned as well (we weren't on a lease from him as we knew him and he knew us). Not offended, just surprised at how easy it was. So, to all who have tenants, take note: they CAN just find somewhere else to go.

I don't know why you're so surprised. With all the good people being raptured, there's bound to be lots of vacancies.

We started looking before the Rapture. And, anyway, I doubt the Rapture would come to Boulder. We have lots of churches, but none of them big mega-churches.
