or, to be more specific, a circuit board off one

and, to be even more specific, one off a 250gb ide hitachi deskstar

and even MORE specific:
mfr part # HDT722525DLAT80
build date of JAN-2005 <- very important info
p/n: 0A31611
mlc: BA1336


and if you have one, and can get a *detailed* scan of the board on the bottom, it would REALLY help out

What did you do to only need a new board?? ESD and you know its to the board only?

board on a customer's hdd is dead - can't get power the the drive

swapped with another board and the drive will power up, but since it's not the right board, it can't tell what's on the inside

so if i find the exact same board, it *should* allow recovery of the data

that won't work (already tried)
