Uhhh...WTF does having a printer have to do with beeing able to transfere data from a phone to a pc and vice versa. Your phone probably has a memory card in it. Some kind of flash card. Your computer needs to have a flash card reader. You put the flash card in your computers flash card reader and then your can transfere data. You didn't even mention what type of data you want to transfere. pics, porn, illegally downloaded mp3's . The all probably have a special place on that flash card.

Has anybody ever seen a cell phone to USB cable
?? I havn't. If it really has this then the cell phone should pop up as a storage device when plugged into your MS or linux comp.

glocke17____________________I was just at a cell reseller, there is a USB cable for the Motorola series phones however one must down load from their site the correct software to allow sync or other chores, I was was also informed that the best way to download photo's is to E-mail them to your own account.

The above info is somewhat incorrect however I believe that this should clear up my errors.

Well, that would be the best way for the phone companies, as they get to charge you for sending messages to yourself. I'd go the USB cable in preference..

We have U.S. Cellular, and they sold a kit with a program and USB cable to connect your phone to the computer to download the pictures. However, it cost $25 and didn't work in the end anyway. At the rate that U.S. Cellular charges for sending a photo to an email address ($0.25 per message) I could send 100 pictures for the cost of the program purchased. I've had my phone for over a year and have yet to send that many pictures off it to my computer.

CSK_________________Yes it was the reseller that stated it was better to E-mail the photo's
