Whether it be digital, colour film, silver prints, whatever! Post your captures here and share the things you've seen.
Have an open discussion with your peers about the images you'll see in this thread and about the art form that is photography!

I'll kick us off with a few pictures I snapped of the scenery at my old apartment

Well, if we are posting winter scenes, here are a few snapshots I took this weekend.

Taken with an Olympus Mju 700, which doesn't really get the blue sky as well as my wife's 35 mm camera. Lets NOT get into a digital/film better/worse discussion here and just enjoy the scenes.

Holy oversized photos, Batman! Can we agree to cap the size at something that will actually fit within typical browser page dimensions from now on? Please?
I don't think I have anything recent to post, but I'll check when I get a chance.

Dude, I have a cinema display at work and it's *just* big enough to accomodate the width of some of these pics.

Sorry in advance - I know it's big, but I also know there's at least one photo here already that's bigger
I have a bunch of nice photos from a recent trip to Alaska, but this is probably my favorite among them:

In a lighter vein, here's one of my other favorites from a later point in time. I'm pretty sure this was man-made, but I'm not sure what that metal clip in the corner is.

Finally, you can probably guess what happened here:
