I'd just like to share with you guys some artwork I do. I haven't done much at all, due to the lack of time and inspiration but nevertheless, I am quite proud of these.

Digital artwork (My favourite one is the dragon)

My other media works, such as sketches and writings can also be found on my website.

\is now too large to walk through the door.

SilverBlade, you need to know that your drawings are fantastic. i liked princes best, and the dragon would not load for me.

I was also very interested to read your findings about 'love', particularly the comparison to an instrument being gently inserted into the heart.

Very wise and articulate.

Aww...you like the dragon best of all? I'm flattered. [Wink]

Seriously - very cool stuff. [Smile] The dragon (painting) is definitely great stuff. This dragon (*points at self*) is far less interesting. [Razz]

No, dnf, that's why I do to my subjects*. [Big Grin]

For this stuff, I use Dragon Naturally Speaking**. [Wink]

And yes, SilverBlade, /I/ am aware of your age. I don't think I've said anything terribly out of line (unlike others, perhaps [Wink] ). For that matter, don't you already have someone?

*(read: computers)
**Man, I tried that stuff out in the mid-90s -- bleh.

dman,

I think the age line was referring to my quip. I clicked her "about me" link and she had a birthday of 12-23-03, so I had to. Just had to.

And December 23rd is a good b-date SilverBlade, personally speaking (see my profile).

Oh I wasn't saying that to you specifically, just CommanderShroom (awsome name by the way, but does it have anything to do with the magic kind?).

@CommanderShroom, wow that's awsome! Do you know we share the same birthday as Ricky Martin? Now THAT is great. [Roll Eyes] I changed the date on my website, just for your sake (and 10 other people who so kindly pointed it out, and throwing in a joke for good measure). [Razz]

Prince.jpg with a relatively matching purple (technically French dark blue ) making up the difference is the desktop du jour at work right now. Incidentally, I use a purple iMac, so it's a rather holistic experience. [Smile]

Ricky Martin eh? Anyone know how I can get by b-date changed to be the same day as someone cooler like Groucho Marx? "I shot an elephant in my pajamas..."
[Razz]

The Shroom part definitely is related to happy mushrooms and is also a not-so-subtle play on my given name (Sherman=Sherm=Shroom). The Commander part came in from LAN parties. My main playing partner use CountZero and I thought that
CommanderShroom would be a perfect complement.

edit: I did a search and feel much better now. Slash of GunsN'Roses fame was also born on December 23rd. [Big Grin]
