Well, I'm not at all a 'dog person,' but even I have to admit that's cute.
(And well done -- apparently some sort of stabilization software was used as I can't imagine that would have been easy to do otherwise, and it doesn't look like 'super pro gear' was used.)

The footage looks like it was shot using Steadycam and those things are expensive, unless he ghetto-rigged one out of a tripod.

Chicken Steadycam.

Wow, for fourteen bucks I might build my own stabilizer for fun.
