____ A very conservative member of my family sent me this notice. So those Merkins that want to watch can have a heads up, at least you will know what the talk around the water cooler is about.
VERY IMPORTANT--SUNDAY NIGHT
This Coming Sunday-- Set Your DVR for the Fox News channel at 9:00 PM
eastern. Maybe this is why the White House has been discounting FOX.
Sounds like this could be history in the making - someone may go down -
either Obama or Fox News. It may be that Fox has been holding this
information back due to the sensitivity of it and out of courtesy. But,
Obama has taken on Fox and it appears they are ready to spill the ugly
beans of truth about the background of this individual who has had an
extremely radical past. This Sunday, Fox News is going to air a very
important documentary about Barack Obama, Sunday night at 9 P M Eastern.
The report will go back to Obama's earlier days, showing even then his
close ties to radical Marxist professors, friends, spiritual advisers,
etc. It will also reveal details about his ties to Rev. Wright for 20+
years, i.e., how he was participating with this man, and not for the
reasons he stated. The report has uncovered more of Obama's radical past
and we will see things that no one in the media is willing to put out
there. It will be a segment to remember. Mark your calendar and pass this
on to everyone you know: Sunday night, 8 PM CT; 9 PM ET. Democrat or
Republican, this report will open your eyes to how YOUR country is being
sold down the road to Totalitarian Socialism.
If you care about the direction of our country, pass this notice on to
everyone you know.

____ Well I tried but none of the news outlets that carry FOX here were running the story, I also searched the Sat. Dish no luck so if some one sees the show fill me in.

I am going to say this no different than what fox news uses everyday as advertisment for thier station.
Obama probably had a Bagel with Scottish salmon instead of Alaskan salmon, indicating how much he hates America. This would be followed by a report on what is means for American-Isreali relations that Obama ate a Bagel.

Hooray for forwarding ancient crap!
Maybe they'll start asking for his birth certificate again!
Oh, wait, nevermind. They never stopped asking for that. Not even after it was released and confirmed by the governor of Hawaii.

Eh. Young, old... doesn't matter. Lots of people forward stuff like this around.
The trick is to take a unique-ish phrase from the email and google it. In this case I searched for "Fox has been holding this information back due to the sensitivity of it and out of courtesy" (with the quotes). Snopes is the first link that comes up in this case. Even if you don't get a Snopes link, the others that you'll find are usually informative.

Even better, point out that there's no date on it. Tell them to set it for 9 PM next Sunday too. Then, when it doesn't show, suggest it's the following Sunday. See how many times you can get them to fall for the same trick.
