Add a lewd comment about lanolin, and you are back up to form, spungo.

Welcome to the forums, nollaig, and I hope to see you posting all about!

would you care to share a touch more about yourself, just enough so we know who you are but not so much that spungo will be on your doorstep at 3 am wanting his ride.

Helloooooooooo.

Now about that initiation process.

1. You must sneeze 3 times in a row, whilst turning around standing only on your left leg and clapping your hands in-between sneezes.

2. You must sell us your soul. Mwah ha ha ha haaa!

Yeah, hi, hello, howdy, hayadoo and welcome. [Big Grin]

God I didn't realise how long its been since I last popped in!! Been busy getting a job organised and stuff. Should be here regularly now, tho. Thanks for the, eh, warm welcome, lads =P lol.

Okay, I'm Nollaig, usually not called that (usually Nolly, Grassy, Roxi or Shortcake.) I'm 19, 20 in November (argh! *clings to teen years like a...pre...teen?* anyway) and I live in ireland. Emmm I'm a student at University College Cork, going doing a joint major in English and Philosophy next year.........

I have no idea what to say about myself lol.
I went hunting for geek forums because I'm sick of being alone in my eccentricity and geekiness (esp. being a girl) where I live. Even in the university, the geek population is limited generally to W.A.R.P.S and the Sci-Fi society lol.

Oh, interests I suppose. Emm.. Astronomy. Philosophy. Religion (I'm not religious, I think organised religion is amusing) computers, web design, though I'm only learning, gaming (mostly playstation RPGS, tho addicted to an online Pokemon game too XD), reading, muuuuzac of all kinds, everything japanese. Star trek!!! Loads of Sci-Fi. Etc etc lol. I'm a geek-in-training as my friends call me. I love geeky things but I'm not very good at making/creating/understanding them lmao.

HEllO again!

I mean, I love that website, xkcd. Some of the comic strips are the cutest things ever, but I couldn't come up with them in the first place.

This is one of my favourites:

surely only a geek could think thats incredibly sweet? =P
