Mine seems to be accidentally hitting the barrel of fire/poison and blowing up.

Back when I was learning Counterstrike, I thought I was really awesome. I shot *everybody*. It helped that they just stood there like dolts.
Then my team wouldn't let me play any more because I kept killing them.
