Apple needs to get completely out of Red China! Since Foxconn is an RoC company, they can move production to the RoC as an interim step either until the Wisconsin Foxconn plant can get ramped up or Apple decides to stay in the RoC. Alternately, Apple can find a location in Mexico, or a location elsewhere in South/Southeast Asia.

Unilateral withdrawal is a shortsighted solution. The principled thing is to do business with PRC as usual - but not comply with their censorship demands. They may cut you off if you don't, but at least it will be clear to all business partners (Chinese included) and the world that this was the PRC's government forcing the issue.
