Must admit that the only interesting part is the working out how to fry it without it melting. Imagine it must be frozen like a rock. Not a treat for someone with GERD. LOL

from what I have seen in video, they do not freeze it, but use a really thick batter. as the batter cooks teh butter completely melts out and is soaked mostly upin the batter breading .

I appreciate butter when I'm cooking, and a thin layer on freshly baked bread is delicious, but this sounds disgusting. Give me deep-fried Oreos any day over this!!
