Contractions are rife with miss use:
We are
You are
Are not
Is not
Then add in the use of an Apostrophe to show ownership
And the great one It's

I'd like to think it is a clever and ironic statement... but I horribly suspect it is just a crappy typo.
Still, even if it is I suppose it doesn't detract from the joy of it... plenty of great things get created or discovered by accident.
